We’re looking for an all-round content creator & social media manager with experience in short-form video editing, design, and content strategy. A creative multitasker who knows how to make content pop and connect with online communities.

About the Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be in charge of developing, executing, and coordinating content across multiple platforms within the fast-growing AltCrypto ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with the team — including founder Sjuul Follings — and manage the content strategy for his personal brand. This includes leading production of the AltCryptoCast Podcast and overseeing content planning and publishing on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Affinity with crypto is essential, as the content will focus on this field. You will regularly communicate with partners and clients, ensure alignment and content planning, and create post-campaign reports.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) — clean, fast, no fluff.

• Design thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).

• Write titles, captions, and hooks that resonate with our audience.

• Upload and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.

• Analyze performance and optimize what works.

• Coordinate designers/editors and maintain brand style & deadlines.

• Communicate with partners on planning and content delivery.

• (Optional) Assist with content production at live events (national/international).

About AltCryptoGems:

AltCryptoGems is one of the largest crypto communities in Europe, with hundreds of thousands of followers on platforms like X, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We create educational and entertaining content about altcoins, trends, podcasts, project analysis, and more.

Through our own productions – such as the AltCryptoCast podcast – and collaborations with major exchanges and projects worldwide, we are building the bridge between the crypto world and the wider audience. We are fast-growing, creative, and always on the lookout for what’s trending tomorrow.

Who You Are:

• You have experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc.).

• You are familiar with design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.

• You have knowledge of online marketing and social media content strategies.

• You are fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and organized.

• You are available starting September 2025.

• You can work independently and take initiative, with support when needed.

• You are up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in crypto/Web3.

• You preferably live in the Nijmegen area (hybrid working possible).

What will you be receiving?

• €2,600 – €3,600 gross per month (based on 40 hours/week, depending on experience).

• 40-hour workweek (part-time start is possible).
